This presentation provides an overview of the Texas Responsible Artificial Intelligence Governance Act (TRAIGA) and explains how federal executive action on artificial intelligence may influence its interpretation, enforcement, and practical application.

Designed for paralegals, the session focuses on key legal concepts, the limits of executive authority, and practical considerations when state AI requirements intersect with evolving federal policy.
