Anna Archer is a senior counsel at Hicks Thomas and a seasoned legal writer specializing in complex litigation and appeals. Prior to joining Hicks Thomas, Archer served as a career law clerk to the Hon. Gray H. Miller in the Southern District of Texas for over fifteen years. She is also a member of the Texas Bar Journal Board of Editors.


This CLE event will be a panel of four panelists, with Professional Development Director, Madeline Burr acting as the mediator.


This event qualifies for 1.0 hour of General CLE credit through DAPA.
