Speakers:

Morgan Cowart and Will Buchner  

An in depth predestination on EDR/Black Box data. This presentation will c over what EDR/Black Box Data is, why it is important, who can benefit from it and the different types of data collection available for Passenger and Commercial Motor Vehicles. Along with the EDR/Black Box services Collision data provides.

Morgan Cowart is the Business Development Manager for Collisiondata. She travels throughout Collisiondata’ s coverage area Marketing for the company as well as working on the Business Admin side.

Morgan gives lunch and learn presentations to insurance companies, attorneys, and other legal groups while also attending conferences throughout the United States to promote Collisiondata. She is remotely based in St. Augustine Beach Florida. Morgan has been with the company since February of last year; with previous experience in Industrial Sales, Marketing and Project Management.


Will Buchner is a certified Forensic Data Technician and the Regional Marketing Director for Collisiondata. With Collisiondata Will is both in the field and the office helping clients understand EDR/Black Box data for their case.

Will has been working in the vehicular accident field for ten years and has downloaded over 800 individual vehicles since joining Collisiondata. Will brings a depth of experience to field work and uses that same experience to show clients what their data means.

He grew up in Tallahassee, Florida and has lived in Vero Beach, Florida; Charlotte, North Carolina and currently resides in Waco, Texas. Will gives EDR/Black Box presentations to insurance companies, attorneys, and other legal groups throughout the United States to help them better understand what, why and how vehicles record useable accident data.

This event qualifies for 1.0 hour of General CLE credit through DAPA.
