Steven Linscheid

Since 1985, Mr. Linscheid has been active in the construction and real estate industries. His experience covers a wide array of activities and responsibilities in various phases of construction, including conceptual design work, building, marketing, maintenance, repair, and restoration. His work and reporting have involved commercial, institutional, educational, agricultural, and residential buildings.

Mr. Linscheid’s duties on construction projects have included organizing and facilitating the design processes with engineers and architects, end users, and investors to achieve tangible solutions. His activities have also involved hands-on work, field supervision, and management of construction.

Mr. Linscheid has also been involved in the reporting and analysis of the financial aspects of construction projects, the forensic analysis of building performance issues, and the remedies for constructed deficiencies. Much of Mr. Linscheid’s work involves the analysis of construction procedures and costs from the simple remedy of an individual building issue to the delivery of facilities involving multiple phases and complex elements.

Mr. Linscheid has been employed to evaluate potential and incurred costs of almost all types and phases of building damage, deficiencies, alterations, and reconstruction.
