Speaker Bio: Ken White is a criminal defense attorney and civil litigator at Brown White & Osborn LLP in Los Angeles, California. A federal prosecutor, Mr. White has spent the last 20 years specializing in white collar criminal defense and complex litigation with an emphasis on First Amendment issues. He has been published in the Los Angeles Times, New York Times, Washington Post, The Atlantic, and Reason Magazine on criminal justice and free speech issues. He hosts two podcasts: “All The President’s Lawyers” on KCRW about the legal entanglements of Presidents Trump and Biden, and “Make No Law” on the Legal Talk Network on the history of the First Amendment.
