Heather
Ulliman is a Family Law paralegal at Goranson Bain Ausley, PLLC in Dallas,
Texas. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science while playing
college soccer at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. After graduation she
attended Tarrant County Community College and received a paralegal
certification. In 2020, Heather completed her Masters in Legal Studies at
Pepperdine University. She received her Texas Board of Legal Specialization
Board Certified Paralegal in Family Law in 2022.
She
is an active member of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association (DAPA) and has
held several leadership roles within the organization, including current
President for 2025, President-Elect for 2024, Programs Vice President for 2023,
Mentorship Chair from 2019 to 2020, and Membership Vice President from 2018 to
2019. Additionally, she has served in leadership positions within the Paralegal
Division of the State Bar of Texas, including as District 2 Director since 2022
and Board of Directors Parliamentarian for 2024-2025, and Secretary in
2023-2024.
Outside the office and paralegal arena, she enjoys spending time
with her friends and family, including her two dogs Lola and Fiona, and four
cats, Abu, Lucifer, Branch and Poppy. She loves giving back to the community.
Since 2017, she has been a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater
Dallas.
