DALLAS AREA PARALEGAL ASSOCIATION |
Christine received her Bachelor’s degree in Family Counseling & Child Development with a pre-law emphasis from Oklahoma State University in 1989. After graduation, a move to Boulder, Colorado and then to Tucson, Arizona, Christine raised her daughter Erin, helped run their family’s business, sat on several charity and Kappa Kappa Gamma alumni boards, and attended culinary school. Eventually, a move to Dallas brought about some life changes and a new career that focused on insurance subrogation cases in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and New Mexico. After 10 years in that area of the law, she moved over to The Ray H. Marr Foundation in 2021 to oversee their accounting department. Christine earned her Certified Paralegal credential in 2019 and continues to meet the requirements necessary for renewal. Christine also continues to serve on the finance committee of the OSU Kappa Kappa Gamma house board. She served as DAPA’s Treasurer from 2022 through 2024 and looks forward to learning as much as possible in 2025 for her service as President in 2026, DAPA’s 50th anniversary. |
