The information on the Job Bank is updated on DAPA's website each time a new ad is received so that our members have an immediate opportunity to submit their qualifications for the position being posted. There is also an email that is sent out to all members immediately when there is a job posting.
Below is a form that outlines how each job ad is posted on the DAPA website. There is a text box for Description, Function, Benefits and Other Information. The form should be used in preparing your job ad.
The cost of the ad is based on the total amount of words contained in each of the text boxes.
Ads containing 50 words or less $75.00
Ads containing up to 100 words $125.00
Ads containing up to 150 words $175.00
Ads containing up to 200 words $200.00
Ads containing up to 250 words $250.00
Please Note the following policy from the DAPA's Procedures Manual regarding job bank submissions by a personnel agency:
Pursuant to §13.3 Paragraph (E)(3) of the Procedures Manual, the content of any Job Bank listing submitted by a personnel agency must conform to the following:
(a) May not contain a general solicitation for employment, whether or not included with a specific Job Bank listing; (b) Shall contain only one open job or position per listing; and (c) May not duplicate a paralegal employer's current Job Bank listing (the personnel agency shall be responsible for verifying that no such duplication occurs).

DAPA is now accepting credit card payments. To use your credit card, click on the "Buy Now" button below. If you are paying by credit card, please send your Receipt ID and job ad to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once payment and ad are received, the ad is posted on the website and sent by email to the members on the Job Bank List. The ad stays on the website in the Job Bank for 3 months.
As a courtesy we ask that you notify us if the position is filled prior to expiration of your job ad so we may keep our Job Bank up to date for our members.
