Ms. Goldstein is a frequent faculty member of and speaker before the Texas Municipal Courts Education Center, the National Court Collections Symposium, the North Central Texas Council of Governments, the Governmental Collectors Association of Texas and individual clients. Such presentations are made before prosecutors, judges, local municipal and county officials, police officers, code enforcement officers and staff in the following general areas of local concern: outsourcing collection contracts, planning and zoning, code enforcement, nuisance abatement and ordinances, moratoriums and growth management, competitive bidding and procurement policies. Ms. Goldstein has also participated in an Alternate Dispute Resolution seminar in Mexico and presented before the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Mexico on the Texas death penalty, the trial, appeal and habeas corpus.
